An apple a day, keeps the doctors away!

If you were to get a silver coin for each time you have seen or heard this phrase, how rich would you be?

Well, life isn’t a fairytale so there will be no silver coins but Health is Wealth so technically, eating an apple or more a day does make you rich. Yes, apples are extremely beneficial to your health! They are known to contain antioxidants (disease-fighting compound) and fibre which we all know is a power agent for wellness.

Now, it’s understandable that biting and chewing on apples every day starts to get boring at some point so here are a few fun ways to get your fix.

One easy routine that leaves your body glowing is exfoliating with an apple cinnamon body scrub 2-3 times a week. Good news is that it is super easy to make.

All you need

  • Blended apples
  • Brown Sugar
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Coconut oil

All you need to do

  • Reduce the blended apples using a saucepan over medium heat till slightly thickened and leave to cool.
  • Add in all other ingredients and mix into a paste.
