New Year is creeping up so fast, we literally have less than 8 hours till we scream “Happy New Year!” from the top of our lungs. In the coming year, if you really want to start eating healthy, you have come to the right place.

4)SWAP your pizza and snacks with fresh fruits and vegetables.Try adding vegetables to your rice, spaghetti or carbohydrate meals and try taking fruits as snacks.

5) DON’T shun fatty food.
Naturally occurring fats like fat in dairy products make you to feel fuller longer. The key is to not over eat the fatty foods.

9) READ Labels
Start reading the ingredient labels of any packaged foods you’re want to buy. Any foods that contain long lists of unidentifiable ingredients, artificial colors, or preservatives should be avoided. Avoid these nutritionally-poor ingredients if you want to start eating healthy.
