1) TAKE A VEGETABLE DRINK DAILY

A vegetable drink is just what you need to start your day with. This consist mainly of green vegetables, which is an effective natural body cleanse of the digestive system.
You will need:

  • 3 carrots
  • ½ bunch of spinach
  • ½ cabbage
  • ½ onion
  • 1 garlic cloves

Mix all ingredients with water, cut into smaller sizes and blend.

5) INDULGE IN TAKING LOTS OF VITAMIN C
